7. New - Real-time On-line Support 
   • Make an appointment by calling our technical support center at: 360-633-7773
   • One of our technical support specialists will call you back at the appointed time.
   • Our specialist will "log-in" to your computer and show you step-by-step how to accomplish the tasks you need.
   • This service requires that Symantec's pcAnywhere^® be installed on your computer.  An active Internet connection, and voice a phone connection are also needed.  (If you do not have pcAnywhere^®, first install ConstructiVision, then click the Tech Support option in the ConstructiVision drop-down menu and follow the on-screen instructions.)
