EstiMATE is a powerful bid preparation tool. It includes all phases of concrete construction -- column pads, footings, walls, slabs, sidewalks, stairs, P/T slabs, pan decks, edge form, and much more. It even automatically calculates pumping and dump fees. Non-standard items can easily be added to the Unit Price sheet, making EstiMATE fully customizable for any size project..

Details for specific project elements such as Slab-on-Grade (above left) can be quickly entered via standard Excel^® editing methods. All calculations are automatic, and the results are instantly reflected in the Costs and Totals summary (above right). It eliminates time-consuming and error-prone calculations traditionally done with pencil. paper, and hand-held calculators.

EstiMATE is the perfect tool for your concrete estimating needs because that is the way it was designed. Unlike other general construction estimating programs, EstiMATE is geared specifically to the needs of concrete contractors. EstiMATE operates within the framework of Microsoft Excel^®, giving you the flexibility of a spreadsheet with the built-in structure of established formulae and calculations.

EstiMATE is easy to use and simple to navigate. There is almost no learning curve, every cell is color-coded for easy reference: Colored cells contain protected formulae and references, white cells are for your data entry. Advanced help is right at your fingertips: Wherever help may be needed, just put your pointer on the cell comment indicator (^{), and a full explanation will appear.

The Unit Pricing page allows you to customize and update unit pricing based on our company's historical data and job-specific conditions. A simple mouse-click allows you to view unit cost, item cost, man hours, material dollars, etc.. With another click you can view these values with or without markup and/or labor burden.
