Installation Details:

ConstructiVision (for AutoCAD^®)
Recommended for all Users with AutoCAD already installed. This is our Standard - full-featured - version designed to work with your existing AutoCAD installation. Disk space required: 2.8 - 18.7 MB (depending on selected options).

EstiMATE
Recommended for all Users with Microsoft Excel^® already installed. This is our Standard - full-featured - version designed to work with your existing Excel installation. Requires Excel 9.0 or higher. Disk space required: 1.5 MB.

System Requirements:

ConstructiVision (for AutoCAD^®)
- 10Mb of HD space for the installation (AutoCAD® 2000 or higher required)

EstiMATE:

Requires Microsoft Excel^® 9.0 or higher.

Intel® Pentium® II or AMD K6-II 450 MHz processor

64MB RAM

1.5Mb of HD space for the installation (Excel 9.0 or higher required)

5 Mb of open HD space for disk swapping

800x600 VGA display

For ConstructiVision Standard
we recommend upgrading to:
- 1000MHz Processor
- 256 Mb RAM
- 3D AGP video card with 16Mb VRAM

Less capable machines (such as Pentium® 233) can run ConstructiVision software, but the results may be less than ideal. Sufficient swap space is also required to handle installation of ConstructiVision software as well as any data or drawing files saved. The use of additional memory or faster processors will directly improve performance and capacity.

Notes:

Windows^® 2000 and Windows^® NT Users must be logged in with Administrator privileges to install and run ConstructiVision software. Please see our FAQ page for more information.
Setup requires the InstallShield^® ISScript engine version 4.0 (or higher). If you do not have ISM.exe or have an older version, Setup will retrieve the latest version from the InstallShield® WEB Site and install it for you automatically. A reboot will not be required. Setup will proceed automatically after ISM.exe is installed.
Setup also requires Windows^® Installer version 2.0 (or higher). If you do not have Windows^® Installer or have an older version, Setup will retrieve the latest version from the Microsoft^® WEB Site and install it for you automatically. A reboot will be required after downloading the Windows^® Installer. It may be necessary to start Setup again (this depends on your Windows^® configuration).
Download times will vary depending on your connection speed and the version you select:
- Approximate times at Modem speed (28,800 bps):
  - ConstructiVision: 10 minutes
  - EstiMATE: 5 minutes
- Approximate times at DSL or Cable speed (640,000 bps):
  - ConstructiVision: 2 minutes
  - EstiMATE: Less than 1 minute
